DESCRIPTION:
|
During
removal of four (4) underground storage tanks (USTs) a gasoline
release occurred. Owner at that time did not follow through
with Closure activities. New Purchaser bought property. Bank
retained ECI to perform Phase 1 which revealed that site was a
LUST site. Obtained MISS DIG to demarcate utilities. Advanced
geoprobe borings in appropriate locations to fully delineate
site and collected soil and water samples. Collected and
preserved samples via standardized methods. Submitted the
samples, under chain of custody to a qualified independent
laboratory. Prepared drawings to scale of site depicting
subsurface appurtenances as well as locations of borings. Under
the guidance of RBCA and MDEQ Criteria, assessed the laboratory
data and provided the client with all documentation and a full
report of findings and work performed. |
