DESCRIPTION:

Oversight Manager and Supervisor
of removal and disposal of three 8,000 gallon USTs previously
containing gasoline. Prepared HASP for all activities. Obtained
all permits and prepared all notifications. Supervised washing
and rinsing of tanks and containerized washings for disposal.
Directed and supervised the emptying, removal, and disposal of
all piping, vent pipes, feed lines, etc. Collected samples from
floors (front and back) of cavity and submitted, along with trip
blank, to qualified laboratory under chain of custody for
analyses of gasoline parameters. All samples maintained at 40C
in cooler. Evaluated lab results and advised client as to
status of site and made recommendations. Filed release report
and recommended Assessment Report followed by Closure Report.
There was no migration off site.
